SAI is pleased to announce that AB InBev, a global beverage company will expand their use of Acadia from North America to Africa, Europe, Middle America and South America.
Hunt Valley, MD – SAI, a software products and consulting firm helping clients build more successful teams, today announced that AB InBev, one of the world’s largest brewing companies, would expand its use of Acadia® Performance Platform across its global operations.
Acadia improves performance across an organization by standardizing one best way work processes, tracking compliance and distributing job aids.
“We’ve had an extremely positive impact in AB InBev North American operations. We’re looking forward to continuing to help them influence positive change through workforce behavior and performance acceleration around the globe” said Ric Hughes, CEO SAI.
What began as a small pilot program in a leadership training program at Anheuser-Busch has expanded over the last two years to encompass AB InBev’s North American brewing and bottling locations.
“Anheuser-Busch InBev understands how best practices, executed on a consistent basis, can increase employee engagement and improve key performance indicators. We’re looking forward to working with ABI to apply the lessons learned in North America to their global operations,” said Josh Crone, VP & CTO Software Products SAI when they first expanded globally.
The new five-year agreement will expand Acadia to over 50,000 employees at AB InBev facilities globally.
