Johnson Controls standardizing operations with Acadia
Global manufacturer of electronics and HVAC equipment improving billing operations through expansion of best practice work processes.
Hunt Valley, MD – SAI, a software products and consulting firm, today announced that Johnson Controls recently deployed Acadia® Performance Platform across several of its regional shared services operations.
Acadia decreases costs and improves performance across an organization through standardization of One Best Way work processes, compliance tracking, and job aid distribution.
“Johnson Controls, having grown by merging with and acquiring other large firms, has an incredible opportunity to improve speed and reduce transaction processing friction by optimizing One Best Way processes across the organization. Acadia continues to have a major impact among shared services teams and is poised to contribute significantly in other parts of the business as well,” said Ric Hughes, CEO SAI.
“Standardizing these cash operations across our shared services teams has significantly decreased rework and errors in our billing operations and beyond. Acadia is making it possible to improve customer service and response time by centralizing one best way desk instructions for customer service staff as well.” said John Mendicino, Enablement and Training Leader Johnson Controls.
